Design Review Outreach Survey

Northwest Builders Finance and JW Architects are collaborating to design the redevelopment of 8551 Midvale Ave N. When it’s complete, the new residences will be 3 stories tall and will include 8 townhomes with 6 parking stalls in attached garages. We’re just getting started planning now – construction could start in Spring 2020 and the building could be open as early as Winter 2021.

Please join us in person to talk about project ideas and how to make this a successful development in the Licton Springs neighborhood. Drop-in hours will be held on site, 8551 Midvale Ave N, on Saturday, February 9th, from 11:00am – 1:00pm.

This survey will be open from January 18th to February 15th. After that, we’ll start preparing for the City’s Design Review process and other permitting steps.

When it’s complete, the new homes will be 3 stories tall and will include 7 townhomes with 7 parking stalls in a below grade garage. We’re just getting started planning now – construction could start Summer 2019 and the building could be open as early as Spring 2021.

As of October 29, 2018, the survey for 213 23rd Ave has been closed and now the design will begin. We appreciate all feedback we’ve received.

We’re just getting started planning now – construction could start Spring 2019 and the building could be open as early Winter 2020.

1900 23rd Ave S

Y + M Properties IV, LLC and JW Architects are collaborating to design the redevelopment of 1900 23rd Avenue South. When it’s complete, the new building will be about 7 stories tall and will include approximately 35 market rate apartment units and 1,000 square feet of commercial space. We’re just getting started planning now – construction could start in Fall 2019 and the building could be open as early as Spring 2021.

As of August 27, 2018, the survey for 1900 23rd Avenue South has been closed and now the design will begin. We appreciate all feedback we’ve received.

Yale Avenue East

The design for these homes took inspiration from Lake Union’s history of boating. Considering the abundance of recreational activities that surround the area, we designed the homes to be equipped with many storage options for bikes, kayaks and outdoor gear.
