2372 Franklin Ave E.

Rose Homes and JW Architects are collaborating to design the redevelopment 2372 Franklin Ave E. When it’s complete, the new homes will be 3 stories tall and will include 8 Rowhouses and 7 Accessory Dwelling Units with 1 attached garage, 1 carport and 3 open air parking stalls. We’re just getting started planning now – construction could start in Summer 2021 and the building could be open as early as Winter 2022
