6730 Rainier Ave S
Jabooda Properties and JW Architects are collaborating to design the redevelopment of 6730 & 6724 Rainier Ave S. When it’s complete, there will be 26 new homes total. The project will be 3 stories tall with 25 parking spaces. We’re just getting started planning now – construction could start in Fall 2022 and the building could be open as early as Summer 2023.
This survey will be open from September 9, 2021 to September 30, 2021. After that, we’ll start preparing for the City’s Design Review process and other permitting steps.
