6115 Rainier Avenue South
Jabooda Homes and JW Architects are collaborating to design the redevelopment of 6115 Rainier Avenue South. When it’s complete, the new homes will be 3 stories tall and will include 8 rowhouses with 4 open parking stalls. We’re just getting started planning now – construction could start in Spring 2021 and the building could be open as early as Fall 2022.
Please join us in person to talk about project ideas and how to make this a successful development in the Columbia City neighborhood. Drop-in hours will be held on site, 6115 Rainier Avenue South, on Saturday, February 22, 2020, from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.
This survey will be open from February 3, 2020 to March 2, 2020. After that, we’ll start preparing for the City’s Design Review process and other permitting steps.
