Weber

Jaidee Weber (Principal) has been instrumental in the growth and development of JWA since 2009. She has over twenty years of experience working with and leading innovative, creative, and collaborative teams. She received multiple awards for her work in the arts and design.  After a successful 15-year career in the arts, Jaidee earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus in Industrial and Interior design at The Art Institute of Seattle. Upon graduation, she worked as a Lighting Designer.  Drawing upon her skills as a collaborator, she developed the standards and design of uniquely illuminated spaces for millions of square feet of commercial and residential interiors. At JWA, Jaidee is driven to create beautiful built experiences juxtaposed with a little humor and irony. She loves solving hard problems and thrives in the collaborative process. She leads the product, lighting, and interior design services, oversees internal design and development projects, and mentors’ professional growth among the team.
